Aspion is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a multi-site FMCG manufacturing group covering Reading and surrounding areas. The role is 9–12 months fixed-term, with travel UK-wide and a car allowance. GBP
60,000–GBP
70,000 pro rata plus a 5% bonus.
The successful candidate will partner with senior site leaders to shape people strategies, drive engagement and culture, and lead organisational change. CIPD Level 5 is desirable; travel and stakeholder management are essential.
