Employee Relations Advisor — Hybrid , ER Casework
Medlock Partners Limited is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join a fast-paced HR team in a hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle. You will split your work roughly 50% project setup of the new ER function and 50% ER casework, supporting managers and employees across the lifecycle.
