The School is seeking an experienced, motivated and highly organised HR Manager tomanage all aspects of the employee life cycle. Reporting to the Bursar, this role will provide expert HR advice and support to senior leaders, managers and staff, ensuring the School remains compliant with employment legislation, safeguarding requirements, GDPR, ISI regulations and HR best practice. The successful candidate will support the School's strategic objectives while fostering a positive and professional working environment.
The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in HR, sound knowledge of employment law,and haveexcellentcommunication and interpersonal skills. The ability to manage a busy and varied workload, combined with experience of using HR systems, anda high level of organisational and administrative competency is essential. Experience with inthe Education Sectorand knowledge of safeguarding and safer recruitment requirements would be advantageous but arenot essential.
