Are you passionate about technology and love solving problems? Join us as an IT Service Desk Apprentice and gain hands‑on experience supporting the systems and tech that keep Plymouth Community Homes connected and running smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Be the first point of contact for IT support, helping colleagues with everything from troubleshooting to tech upgrades.
- Work with cutting‑edge digital tools, including MS365, cloud systems, and voice‑over‑IP technology.
- Configure and fix laptops, mobiles, and networks.
- Get involved in real projects that make a difference – improving systems, spotting trends, and helping to drive smarter digital ways of working.
The apprenticeship will last a period of 16 months and the successful candidate will work towards achieving a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Information Communications Technician‑Support.
