We're working with one of the UK's fastest-growing privately owned retailers to find a Seller Compliance Assistant to join their expanding marketplace team.

This is a brand-new role within a newly formed compliance function, so you'll have real ownership from day one and genuine scope to shape how things develop.

You’ll be a key point of contact for onboarding new sellers - reaching out to them, collecting the documentation we need (such as bank details and compliance information), and working through the approval process to get them trading on our platform.

Beyond that, you’ll get involved in a broad range of compliance and operational activity, including:

• Monitoring seller accounts and flagging risk or performance concerns
• Producing reports on seller performance, orders and compliance metrics
• Supporting product and catalogue audits to keep listings accurate and compliant
• Managing operational tickets through systems like Zendesk
• Maintaining spreadsheets, dashboards and internal records
• Collaborating with wider teams to resolve seller queries and operational issues

Some experience in compliance, operations or administration would put you in a strong position here. That said, we’re open‑minded about backgrounds, and if you’re at an earlier stage in your career but can demonstrate the right attitude and a genuine interest in the space, we’d still love to hear from you.

The skillset we need is:

• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence working with data and Excel (formulas, filters, lookups)
• Good written communication as you’ll be contacting sellers regularly
• A proactive approach and the ability to pick things up quickly
• A genuine interest in ecommerce and online retail

Experience with tools like Mirakl, Zendesk or Power BI is a bonus, not a requirement.

• Hours: Monday‑Friday, 08:45‑17:30
