Som3 is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team at the head office in Northampton. In this role, you will ensure the smooth operation of IT systems and provide essential support to about 1000 users across various UK sites.
You will work 5 days a week on-site, focusing primarily on Microsoft 365 and a range of bespoke applications. Responsibilities include responding to IT-related issues, managing requests, and collaborating with third-party support providers.
