NHS Blood and Transplant is transforming its ITSM platform within the DDTS and ITSM Product Delivery team. You will own design, development, and deployment of new functionality, including AI and ML, to advance service delivery and platform stability.
Reporting to the ITSM Product Delivery Manager, you will collaborate across the organisation, partner with third parties, and drive continuous improvement while shaping the platform roadmap to align with NHSBT priorities.
