IT Technician
Contract, 6 month
Location:
Plymouth
We are seeking an IT Technician to join a busy support function delivering technical assistance to a large and complex user base. Acting as the first point of contact for IT-related issues and service requests, you will play a key role in ensuring a high standard of customer service and efficient resolution of incidents.
Key Responsibilities- Provide hardware support for users
- Log, manage, and progress incidents and service requests through to resolution.
- Dealing with management of multiple client sites, in line with a field environment.
- Queuing tickets assigned to their hubs and maintaining service levels.
- 2+ years in an IT field service environment
- Familiarity with incident management and service request processes.
- Experienced with Hardware - Diagnosing, troubleshooting, supporting and repairing.
- Active SC Clearance or eligibility is required.
- Full clean driving licence.
