Trig is seeking a Customer Performance professional to own the day‑to‑day relationship with live customers in the UK. You’ll configure Trig, track value, and partner with sales to drive expansion, while shaping playbooks and product feedback.
You’ll join as the first CS hire, running established playbooks and building new ones, focusing on value delivery and autonomous, high-impact work.
