The Operational Excellence team sits within Technology & Cyber and acts as the bridge between process excellence and the Service Now Centre of Excellence. This is a highly visible role with the freedom to shape your own remit, influence how we work, and drive continuous improvement across the function.

You'll work alongside the Head of Operational Excellence and the Service Now Centre of Excellence, partnering with stakeholders across Technology & Cyber to solve problems, streamline processes, improve service outcomes, and support the delivery of strategic initiatives. The role offers broad exposure, significant responsibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how Technology & Cyber operates.

• Having a heavy involvement in our Service Now roadmap alongside our developers.
• Creation of user stories, enhancements, defects and feature request that help shape how we deliver improvements and digital transformation across the business.
• An involvement in workshops, training and UAT for both colleagues and the wider business.
