A leading UK bank is seeking an experienced Workday HRIS Analyst to drive a major transformation of its HR technology landscape. You will partner with HR, Payroll and IT to deliver robust Workday solutions that scale and remain compliant.
The role covers configuration, reporting and testing across Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Absence and Recruitment, with ongoing BAU support, release testing, training, data integrity and GDPR controls to enable effective decision making.
