Thames Water is seeking a Field Investigations Analyst to join our Smart Metering Operations Centre. Based Hybrid at Worcester House, Langley, you will analyse field investigations, monitor meter data and produce insights that drive smarter decisions and improvements in performance.
You’ll work with field teams and partners to prioritise actions, create reports and dashboards, and contribute to leakage management and customer outcomes.
