A leading global consulting, technology and digital transformation organisation is expanding its HR Transformation practice and is looking to appoint multiple Oracle Fusion HCM professionals from Consultant through to Senior Manager level.

We are particularly interested in professionals who combine strong Oracle Fusion HCM technical and functional knowledge with proven consulting experience.

These opportunities are suited to candidates who can understand the technology, translate business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions and work directly with clients to deliver complex HR transformation programmes.

This is a national opportunity, with successful candidates based from one of the organisation's major UK office hubs. Due to the client-facing nature of the work, candidates must be comfortable travelling to client sites and other locations as required.

The level and salary offered will depend on your Oracle Fusion HCM expertise, consulting experience, delivery background and level of client and programme responsibility.

What You'll Be Doing

Delivering Oracle Fusion HCM solutions across large-scale HR transformation programmes
Working across the full end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation life cycle
Leading or supporting business analysis, process analysis and requirements gathering
Translating client requirements into functional and solution designs
Configuring, designing or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud/Fusion solutions across relevant modules
Facilitating client workshops and engaging with stakeholders across complex organisations
Identifying business challenges and using Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities to develop effective solutions
Supporting or leading functional work streams
Managing delivery risks, issues, dependencies and governance
Leading and developing consulting teams at more senior levels
Shaping transformation strategies and delivery approaches
Contributing to practice development, business development and client growth at senior levels

Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates who offer a strong combination of Oracle Fusion HCM expertise and consulting capability.

You should have:

Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM/Oracle HCM Cloud
Experience delivering Oracle Fusion HCM implementations or transformation programmes
Consulting, professional services or significant client-facing delivery experience
An understanding of the full implementation life cycle
Experience translating business requirements into functional or technical solutions
Business analysis, process analysis, requirements gathering and/or functional design experience
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working with large or complex client organisations
The ability to communicate technical Oracle capabilities clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
A consultative approach to understanding client challenges and developing appropriate solutions
Flexibility and willingness to travel regularly as required by client and project commitments

Ownership of Oracle Fusion HCM functional work streams
Solution and functional design leadership
Client workshop facilitation
Senior stakeholder management
Programme and delivery leadership
Management and development of consulting teams
