A Technology One Property and Rating Consultant specialises in implementing, configuring, and supporting the Ci Anywhere Property & Rating module for local councils and government agencies. Responsibilities include guiding software transitions, optimising land management, valuation, and revenue processes, and providing expert technical support

• Software Implementation:
  Leading the end-to-end implementation and configuration of the Property & Rating module, often transitioning clients from legacy systems to the modern Ci Anywhere platform.
• Business Process Analysis:
  Mapping existing business processes and designing improvements within the software to ensure efficiency in land information and rates accounting.
• Customer Support & Training:
  Acting as the primary contact for troubleshooting, resolving customer issues, and delivering training sessions to end-users.
• Data Management:
  Managing property-related data, including annual billing cycles, supplementary cycles, and valuation management.

• Product Expertise:
  Deep hands-on experience with Technology One P&R and Ci Anywhere is frequently mandatory.
• Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of Local Government operations, particularly in Rates Accounting, revenue recoveries, and land information systems.
