Working with senior leaders and teams across the business, you'll lead the delivery of our AI strategy, identify opportunities for innovation, and help colleagues confidently adopt technologies such as Microsoft Copilot, generative AI and agentic AI.

This role is about more than technology. It's about bringing people with you, improving customer outcomes, strengthening communication with residents and ensuring AI is adopted responsibly, ethically and effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the development and delivery of PCH's Artificial Intelligence Strategy.
  • Establish and lead our AI Centre of Excellence.
  • Drive the adoption of generative and agentic AI across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve services, efficiency and customer experience through AI.
  • Enhance communication and engagement with residents through innovative AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for non-technical audiences.
  • Build organisational capability through learning, engagement and communities of practice.
  • Develop governance frameworks that support safe, secure and ethical AI adoption.
  • Monitor outcomes and ensure AI initiatives deliver measurable business value.
About You

We're looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with a practical, people-focused approach, is collaborative in nature and curious with the ability to bring people along on the journey.

You’ll likely have:

  • Demonstrable background in AI and technology, whether that's in Uni, an apprenticeship or in your career to date.
  • A strong understanding of generative AI, automation, Microsoft Copilot and emerging AI technologies.
  • The ability to identify business challenges and translate technology opportunities into practical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Experience influencing and collaborating across a range of teams and leadership levels.
  • An understanding of governance, risk management and responsible AI adoption.
  • A genuine passion for innovation, learning and continuous improvement.

Most importantly, you'll be energised by helping people embrace change and motivated by delivering positive outcomes for customers and colleagues.
