AuthDevOps Engineer

We are looking for an Auth0 Dev Ops Engineer to join our Managed Services team, supporting customers’ Auth0 platforms and delivering identity projects through CI/CD.

• 3+ years of experience in Dev Ops, IAM or managed service roles, including hands-on Auth0;
• Hands-on experience with Auth0, particularly tenant configuration, Actions and SSO integrations;
• Experience with Terraform and Git Hub, including building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines;
• Knowledge of Node.js, including Auth0 Actions (a plus);
• Understanding of authentication and security protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML, SCIM);
• Experience of 2nd/3rd line support, including incident, problem and change management;
• Experience delivering customer projects to scope, time and quality;
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent communication skills and a professional, customer-oriented and proactive mindset;

• Support customers’ Auth0 tenants at 2nd and 3rd line, including monitoring, incident and problem management;
• Review and release Auth0 configuration through customer CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and the Auth0 CLI;
• Build and support Universal Login customisations, including ACUL, and Auth0 Actions;
• Design, integrate and support applications using SSO, SCIM and APIs;
• Support and enhance our Identiguard monitoring platform;
• Deliver customer projects, quarterly health checks, service reports and documentation;
• Work with customers and internal teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions;
• Optional participation in our out-of-hours rota for high priority incidents.
