Senior Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead customer Data Centre (DC) Migration projects from planning through to successful delivery. This is a hands-on project leadership role responsible for managing complex migration programmes, coordinating technical and customer stakeholders, controlling risks, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Lead end-to-end customer Data Centre migration projects.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, budgets, and risks.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers, and third-party partners throughout project delivery.
• Manage project governance, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact successful delivery.
• Ensure smooth transition and handover into operational support.
• Maintain accurate project records and status updates in Service Now and other project management tools.

The successful candidate must have:

• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering complex technology projects.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing Data Centre (DC) migration projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing project risks, budgets, schedules, and dependencies.
• The ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrix environment.

• Experience working within cloud, hosting, infrastructure, or managed services environments.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Project management certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, MSP, AgilePM, or equivalent.

• Eligibility to pass BS7858 security screening.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. The compensation range for this position ranges from £71,894.00/year in our lowest geographic market up to £95,790.00/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
