Solicitor - Company & Commercial - Plymouth - 2+ Years PQE

Location: Plymouth
Type of Role: Permanent, Full-time or Part-time (minimum 22.5 hours/week)
Salary: £45,000 to £65,000, depending on experience

A growing law firm in Plymouth is seeking a qualified Company & Commercial Solicitor to join its expanding commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a diverse range of matters with support from senior lawyers and a collaborative team culture.

• Corporate sales and acquisitions
• Shareholder and investor agreements
• Commercial contracts
• Advising owner-managed businesses, start-ups, national groups, and long-established entities
• Delivering clear, client-focused commercial advice
• Supporting marketing and business development initiatives

• 2+ years PQE and at least 1 year of experience in commercial/corporate matters
• Strong technical and drafting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Confidence in managing matters independently with supervision
• A proactive and enthusiastic approach to team collaboration
• Interest in marketing and practice development
