This excellent opportunity is for a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive to join one of the largest residential development teams in the UK, this vacancy has come about due to continued growth

This team act for PLC, regional and SME house builders, registered providers of affordable housing, land promoters and PRS investors & developers, across a wide range of residential and residential-led mixed-use developments

You will handle a varied caseload, including:

• High-value residential development and investment projects
• Collaboration agreements and development agreements
• Advising on rights of pre-emption
• Conditional contracts, transfers and options

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 5+ year’s PQE
• Background in residential development work
• Solicitors with a mixed background in real estate and development should get in touch

• A clear career path in afirm with a very strong work, life balance - This office is usually empty by 5.30pm!
• Exposure to some of the UK’s most exciting residential development projects
