Fresh Opportunity - Private Client Lawyer in Devon

This highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Plymouth is looking to expand its growing Private Client department with the appointment of an ambitious senior Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or accomplished Fee Earner

The Work - What You'll Be Doing

You will handle a varied and high-quality caseload of private client matters including:

• Drafting wills and advising on inheritance tax planning

• Probate and estate administration

• Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)

• Advising on trust creation and trust administration

• Working closely with individuals, families and high-net-worth clients

What you'll need:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx)
• Unqualified Fee Earners who have managed their own substantial caseload are encouraged to apply
• At least 4 years of experience in private client law (wills, probate, trusts, LPAs, estate planning)

• Confident managing your own caseload with a high level of client care

• Proactive, organised and looking to grow your expertise within a supportive environment
