We are a top-tier national law firm with an award-winning Real Estate division known for advising three of the UK’s top five house builders. We offer high-quality work across land acquisition, planning, development, and plot sales.
Key responsibilities- Lead complex development work and shape the future growth and success of the department.
- Drive business development, build strong client relationships, and grow the panelled PLC house builder portfolio.
- Senior property lawyer with a proven billing track record.
- Strong business development skills, market reputation, and experience advising a PLC house builder.
- Excellent client following or portfolio of a panelled PLC house builder.
