CEVA Logistics in Derby is seeking an Outbound Team Leader to oversee high‑volume ecommerce outbound operations. This hands‑on role leads front‑line teams to ensure accurate picking, sorting, loading and dispatch within service cut‑offs and productivity targets.
You will report to the Outbound Shift Manager, drive day‑to‑day execution, maintain smooth flow, and support onboarding, safety checks and continuous improvement initiatives on site.
