Facilities Service Operatives

We are seeking to appoint Facilities Service Operatives to join our team.

• 2 x 20 hours per week
• 1 x 10 hours per week
• Working 4 days out of 7 on a rolling rota

Rate of pay:

£13.05 per hour

You will deliver a Soft Facilities Management service, with a strong focus on customer liaison and service delivery. The role involves supporting a wide range of site-based services, ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained environments.

Soft Facilities Management responsibilities include security, cleaning, front-of-house support, post-room services, and portering. Duties will therefore include cleaning, basic repairs, and general maintenance tasks.

The successful candidate will carry out all duties in line with relevant legislation and organisational policies and procedures. You may be required to work at various locations across the borough, including schools, residential care homes, and youth centres. Due to the nature of this role, an enhanced DBS check will be required.

Applicants must be fully flexible to meet service demands and hold a full UK driving licence.
