Venn Group is seeking an experienced Fabric Supervisor for a local authority in Kent. The role is on-site for an initial 3-month period, Inside IR35, paying £300 per day via umbrella.
You will lead fabric maintenance across offices, schools and community facilities, supervising contractors, ensuring safety standards and compliance, and coordinating PPM and reactive works on a varied estate.
