Coventry City Council is seeking a proactive Facilities Maintenance Operative to maintain council housing and public properties. The role covers painting, carpentry, grounds maintenance, cleaning and compliance checks across multiple sites using CAFM systems.
Flexibility and the ability to work independently or with teams are essential, with occasional out-of-hours work and a 7–3 or 10–6 shift. A valid UK driving licence is required.
