Working hours:
Monday to Thursday, 06:30–16:15 (37 hours per week) If you enjoy staying active, working outdoors, and being part of a team that helps keep the community clean and green, this seasonal role could be a great fit. About the Role This is a physically demanding, fast‑paced position that requires good stamina and a positive, can‑do attitude. You’ll be responsible for loading and unloading waste bins, with flexibility to support other collections when needed.
Expect plenty of fresh air and movement, the role regularly involves high step counts (30,000 ) and working outdoors in all weather conditions. What You’ll Enjoy Active, outdoor work - ideal for those who prefer hands‑on, physical roles. Four‑day working week - long weekends every week. Community impact - play a key part in keeping local neighbourhoods clean, tidy and environmentally friendly.
Supportive team environment - work closely with a friendly, dedicated crew. Requirements Recent experience in a similar role / manual labour or manual handling (within the last 6 months). Ability to commit to the working hours and arrive on site before the 06:30 crew departure. Strong teamwork skills - communication, reliability, and a cooperative attitude are essential to keep collections running smoothly and safely.
Ability to complete all required compliance and referencing checks.
