Property Services Officer on the Facilities Team at Gladstone Primary Academy, part of Thomas Deacon Education Trust, keeping buildings and grounds safe and operational. The work covers maintenance, repairs and handyperson tasks, heating systems, porterage, site set-up and statutory compliance checks. Hours are 40 a week, Monday to Friday, and the post-holder can be sent to any Trust academy in the Peterborough area when needed.
A full clean driving licence and an enhanced DBS check are required.
- Maintenance experience
- Confident using a range of tools
- Good understanding of health and safety
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Full clean driving licence
- Enhanced DBS check
- Satisfactory references
- Relevant trade qualification
- Experience in an educational setting
- Induction programme with support from day one
