Electrical Project Manager

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Project Manager to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Electrical Project Manager who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
The Electrical Project Manager, will be responsible for:
 
* Lead the electrical delivery of a flagship MEP project
 
* Oversee all electrical contract elements, ensuring alignment with programme goals, budgets and milestones
 
* Develop detailed project plans and schedules
 
* Allocate labour, materials and equipment effectively to achieve project objectives
 
* Ensure electrical installations comply with relevant standards and regulations
 
* Monitor and control expenditure, providing accurate financial and progress reports
 
* Identify risks and implement effective mitigation and contingency plans
 
* Maintain accurate project records, including permits, contracts, change orders and reports
 
* Lead and mentor engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
To be successful for this Electrical Project Manager role you must have:
 
* Significant experience in electrical engineering and project management, with a track record of delivering large-scale MEP projects
 
* 18th Edition
 
* JIB Gold Card
 
* SMSTS
