About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Manager to join our team in East Cornwall. This is a key leadership role, responsible for developing and implementing commercial strategies to drive business growth, manage contracts, and maximise profitability. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in financial planning, negotiation, and stakeholder management, ensuring sustainable success in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region.
Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.
Assess commercial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to drive business efficiency.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (Master's preferred).
