CBRE LFM is seeking a proactive Supervisor to manage a multi-disciplinary engineering and general services team in the Southampton region. You will ensure preventive maintenance, reactive repairs, and service delivery exceed client expectations.
Key duties include supervising M&E plant and fabric services, coordinating with stakeholders, managing CAFM systems, and maintaining compliance with QHSE, ISO standards, and contractual requirements. Strong communication and leadership are essential.
