We are thrilled to announce an incredible opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Operational Delivery Lead to join our dynamic team! This exciting role will be pivotal in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services and the smooth operation of our customers business. You will collaborate with diverse departments to streamline processes, enhance performance, and achieve our ambitious goals. This is a unique chance to make a significant impact and drive operational excellence in an environment that values innovation and teamwork.

• Ensure the effective delivery of end-to-end Run services, encompassing SLAs, contractual obligations, service quality, operational assurance, KPIs, and adherence to global standards.
• Ensure delivery governance and reporting is in place to assure service and operations.
• Effective management and resolution of day-to-day client escalations associated with Service Delivery, delivery issues and compliance requirements.
• Promote automation and leverage global tools and other Run initiatives for the account. Ensuring delivery capability adheres to best practices.
• Ensuring that financial costs are within budgeted expectations for all Run services across the account.
