Navitas Limited seeks a College Director Principal in Plymouth to lead UPIC, oversee strategic planning and operations, and work with the University of Plymouth to drive growth, quality and compliance while balancing commercial aims with an inclusive culture.
You will manage governance, budget, KPIs and stakeholder engagement across faculties, and lead a high-performing team within Navitas Europe.
