HiQ Tyres & Autocare in Kettering is seeking an Assistant Centre Manager to lead a team, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive performance at our busy location. The role is full-time and permanent, with a Monday–Friday 8:30am–5:30pm schedule and a half-day Saturday, with pay dependent on experience.
Key duties include mentoring staff, managing costs and margins, and delivering KPIs while maintaining stock control and health & safety standards. MOT inspections will be part of the role.
