We Recruit Group Ltd. is seeking a Senior Pre-Construction Design Manager for Hertfordshire. You will own design management during PCSA on large-scale residential projects, coordinating information flow and driving risk reduction before contracts are finalised.
Experience with Gateway 2 submissions and Building Safety Act processes is highly desirable. The role offers a clear pathway to lead high-profile schemes and collaborate across pre-construction and delivery teams.
