HC-One is seeking a Clinical Unit Manager to lead a care home team and deliver evidence-based Kind Care. You will oversee nursing services, ensure resident dignity, and support staff development within a committed multi-professional environment.
You will be a Registered Nurse with a valid NMC PIN, mentor colleagues, supervise students, and partner with the Home Manager to maintain high standards of care and safeguarding across the home.
