National Grid Electricity Distribution is seeking a Team Leader to manage a South Lincolnshire depot-based team will lead tradespersons, coordinate fault responses, and drive safe, efficient customer-focused delivery across the region.
The role requires strong leadership in a fast-paced, safety-critical environment and will involve regular travel within the area. Starting salary is £45,492 with progression to £49,369 after training.
