Additional Resources is seeking a Head of Operations / Branch Manager to lead a well-established independent estate agency in the local residential market. The role reports to the Director and oversees day-to-day operations, drives growth, and deputises when required.
This full-time position offers a salary of £35,000 to £40,000 (negotiable) with benefits, and involves business development, winning new instructions, maintaining client relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.
