Tech Connect Group is seeking an experienced Facilities Manager for an established Aerospace Tier 1 manufacturer based in Hinckley. You will lead the Facilities Team, drive HSE leadership, and ensure safe, efficient operations while maintaining statutory compliance.
Occasional travel to Farnborough is required. You will oversee maintenance planning, TPM, and contractor management, balancing budgets and project delivery with a focus on continuous improvement.
