Rubicon Recruitment in Poole is seeking a Facilities Manager to own three sites and optimise how they run. You will lead day-to-day facilities operations, develop and implement a robust Planned Preventative Maintenance programme, and drive improvement projects across the portfolio.
You will manage contractors, budgets and compliance, including health and safety and ISO 14001 standards, while delivering cost-effective services and sustaining a proactive facilities culture.
