Codex is seeking its first dedicated Engagement Manager to lead client engagements and shape the PMO function in a growing EPM consultancy. You will own project delivery, coordinate delivery teams and act as the primary client contact to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
As the inaugural PMO-focused role, you will create structure, introduce processes and work with founders and senior leadership to drive growth and elevate delivery standards across engagements.
