WP Recruitment & HR Ltd on the Isle of Wight is seeking a Supervisor of Horticulture, Drainage and Street Cleaning to lead on-site teams across highways maintenance, drainage, street cleansing and winter operations. The permanent role is full-time, 40 hours weekly with on-call rota and weekend rotation.
You will allocate resources, monitor safety, respond to enquiries, manage budgets and liaise with subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, with site visits as required.
