Housing 21 is seeking a Technical Services Manager (M&E) for the North region. The role leads on service delivery, contract management, and compliance for heating, hot water, mechanical and electrical systems across our housing portfolio.
You will work with the Head of Technical Services to improve asset performance and resident satisfaction, tackling complex technical challenges and shaping asset management and building safety strategies.
