Gleeson-Recruitment-Group is seeking a Finance Manager for Worcestershire (Hybrid). This role provides financial leadership, supports strategic decision-making, and helps drive operational efficiency within a growing consultancy.
You will manage day-to-day finances, lead budgeting and forecasting, ensure robust controls, and deliver commercial insight to inform business decisions. A CIMA/ACCA/ICAEW ACA qualification and 3–5 years post-qualification experience are expected.
