Redhill Academy Trust is seeking a Safeguarding Lead to oversee safeguarding and child protection across its 21 academies, spanning primary and secondary schools. The role focuses on strategic development of safeguarding within the Trust and leading a team across diverse settings.
The successful candidate will either be an experienced Safeguarding Lead or someone from another professional background who can learn quickly, develop plans, and contribute to a supportive, ambitious team.
