CBRE Group, Inc. in Hertfordshire is seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to lead the delivery of FM operations against KPI targets and SLA requirements. You will monitor third‑party maintenance, ensure QHSE compliance and act as part of the site emergency team.
You will also report accidents, manage site waste, coordinate mail and reprographics, and provide cover for the operations team while upholding the site's image and standards.
