Farm Well is seeking a Calf Collection Team Manager to lead a nationwide calf collection operation, overseeing centres and ensuring efficient movement from dairy farms to onward transport. You’ll support Centre Managers, drive high welfare standards, and coordinate bookings and supplier relations across the country.
This hands-on leadership role requires experience in dairy livestock logistics, plus strong data fluency and tech confidence to optimise farm software systems.
