Job Title:
Production Engineer (Robotic Systems)
Salary Expectation: £45,000 - £55,000 (Depending on Experience) + Bonus
Location:
Plymouth, Devon

Overview:
Zenovo have partnered with a long-standing client in Plymouth to support the growth of their R&D & Production Team.
This organisation is creating innovative Automomous Robotic Systems that are recognised and deployed globally.
They are looking for 2 Production Engineers who will play a critical role in supporting production operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and improve day-to-day production and manufacturing activities
Develop, implement and optimise production processes and workflows
Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to minimise downtime and increase efficiency
Collaborate with the wider engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from development to production
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
Develop and maintain production documentation, work instructions and control processes Experience
Required:
Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
Proven experience producing products that contain electronic systems (e.g. embedded systems, hardware, control systems, electro-mechanical assemblies)
Experience working within a regulated industry or on safety-critical products is highly desirable
Strong understanding of production processes, tooling and manufacturing best practice
Hands-on, proactive and solution focused when problem solving
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
