Overview:

Zenovo have partnered with a long-standing client in Plymouth to support the growth of their R&D & Production Team.

This organisation is creating innovative Automomous Robotic Systems that are recognised and deployed globally.

They are looking for 2 Production Engineers who will play a critical role in supporting production operations, driving process improvements, and ensuring high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support and improve day-to-day production and manufacturing activities
• Develop, implement and optimise production processes and workflows
• Identify and resolve manufacturing issues to minimise downtime and increase efficiency
• Collaborate with the wider engineering and operations teams to ensure smooth transition from development to production
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and regulatory standards
• Develop and maintain production documentation, work instructions and control processes

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3+ years experience in a manufacturing or production engineering environment
• Proven experience producing products that contain electronic systems (e.g. embedded systems, hardware, control systems, electro-mechanical assemblies)
• Experience working within a regulated industry or on safety-critical products is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of production processes, tooling and manufacturing best practice
• Hands-on, proactive and solution focused when problem solving
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
