Production Operator – Precision Manufacturing

An advanced fabrication facility is seeking a skilled Production Operator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on projects from CAD design through to manufacturing, delivering premium workshop solutions for clients in the luxury and sports automotive, motorbike, and motor sport sectors. The facility offers services including CNC panel bending, laser cutting, powder coating, and assembly.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform assembly, paint, and metalworking processes to high standards.

* Achieve the required volume of work while maintaining quality.

* Adhere to production controls and complete production records accurately.

* Identify and manage defects promptly.

* Collaborate closely with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth operations.

* Continuously seek to improve quality, performance, and efficiency.

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

* Undertake other related tasks as required.

Requirements:

* Education:

GCSE level or equivalent.

* Proven experience in a precision manufacturing environment, delivering high-quality work.

* Strong ‘can-do’ attitude, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

* Excellent attention to detail with the ability to meet strict quality standards.

* Good team player with effective communication skills at all levels.

* Ability to prioritize and work independently when required.

* Commitment to health, safety, and environmental policies.

Temp to perm position

39 hour week working Mon – Thurs 7.30am – 4.30pm. & Fri 7.30am – 12.30pm
