PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES Program Set and Run CNC Lathes using Mazatrol or Fanuc Controls Mazak Quick turns Mazak Nexus Mazak Fusions Use measuring equipment including running CMM programs to check components against drawing. Adjust cutter offsets to meet tolerances. Follow route card and make sure that quality standards are followed. CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter - PERSON SPECIFICATION Experience Able to Program, Set and Run CNC Machines Ability to read dimensioned engineering drawings CNC Turner, Programmer, Setter
- Personal Attributes Essential Ability to work on own initiative Versatile Friendly and helpful Positive attitude Desirable ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND INFORMATION. Ensuring that the overall quality objectives are met, particularly in respect of business processes Understanding the need for confidentiality when dealing with both internal and external information Day shift available, quite flexible, early finish on Fridays
